What does access cost?
Access is free. You pay only for the jobs you pick yourself. There is no subscription and no monthly fee.
What can I see before buying?
Area and ZIP, appliance type and brand, visit window, distance from you and the price. The customer's name, phone and street address only after payment.
How long does approval take?
Usually one business day. Until then your account stays closed — that is how we keep the board clean.
Is the job mine alone?
Yes. Once you pay, the job leaves the board and every other request for it closes automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the customer cancelled the visit or the job details turned out to be wrong. Support refunds the same card.
Do I need a licence and insurance?
To work in California, yes. We ask for proof during account review.
